5 different symbols will give you 1% of the missing points to the next level. 

4 different symbols will still get you 0.8% of the points. 

A full house with 3 matching and 2 matching symbols will net you 0.65% of the points needed to level. 

3 matching dice symbols or two pairs (two sets of matching symbols) will give you 3 additional patients.
