To gain silver dollars, all you need to do is treat patients in a room of the type ultrasonics. With a bit of luck, treating your patient will gain you glittering silver dollars. As soon as you have managed to amass 250 silver dollars, you may transform an ultrasonics room of your choice into the brand-new ultrasonics V2! This room will give you bonus points for each disease you successfully treat in it.
