How can I set up a Google Play Store account?

  • Open your device's Settings app.
  • Under "Accounts," tap Add accountGoogle.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to add your account.
  • If needed, repeat these steps to add multiple accounts.

How can I add a payment method to my Google Play Store account?

In your Play Store App:

  • Open the Play Store app.
  • Tap the three horizontal bars in the top left corner.
  • Scroll down and select My Account.
  • Under Add payment method, tap your preferred method.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
  • The new payment method will be added to your account.

On the Play Store Website:

  • Go to your Google Play account.
  • Choose a method in the Add payment method section.
  • Follow the instructions to complete setup.
  • Your method will be added to your Google account.

Can I pay via my phone service/carrier provider?

Some mobile devices and plans allow you to charge purchases to your carrier bill. After buying an app or content, the charge will appear on your account within 15 minutes.

Note: Direct carrier billing is only available via the Google Play Store app, not the website. Your carrier account must be in good standing.
