Chitals are also called axis deer and are common in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. With a body height of 80 cm it is clearly smaller than a red deer, but larger than a roe deer. The predators of chitals are mainly tigers and red dogs. Since these avoid contact with humans, chitals have learned to protect themselves from their enemies by living close to villages.

Masked Lovebirds grow only up to 15 cm and weigh 50 - 60 g, depending on their sex. They live in Africa, primarily in Tanzania, Zambezi and Kenya. They are affectionate, playful, and like to bathe.
