Kapi Hospital - Referral news

As announced last week, the changes to your referral folders as well as the lounge will come into effect on Kapi Hospital today.

In detail, this means for you: starting today, you may refer a maximum of 2000 patients within the same period of time. Once you have reached that limit, you may not refer any further patients, until you have once again fallen below the 2000 patients limit.

But this is not the only change we’ve got for you! We'd also like to introduce the ameliorated lounge to you.



Grab your patients with your mouse, drag them to the room, or click the new button in your referral folder and save them for later. Your patients will be filed under an extra category, so they can be found faster later on.

On top of this, our ameliorated lounge allows you to offer further patients at the Patient Exchange. If that's not enough for you, upgrading the room will allow you to increase that number.

These are the upgrade levels:

Upgrade 0 (Standard): Patients in room: 50 | Patients at Exchange: 15
Upgrade 1: Patients in room: 250 | Patients at Exchange: 25
Upgrade 2: Patients in room: 500 | Patients at Exchange: 40
Upgrade 3: Patients in room: 1000 | Patients at Exchange: 60

If you've got more than one lounge, their advantages will be added up. That means: if you've got, for instance, two lounges that have not yet been upgraded yet, you'll be able to have 100 lounge-patients, and offer 30 patients at the exchange during the same period of time.

Please mind: the lounge will only work, if you you've got an active premium account!
