26th, you'll find an additional, Christmassy farmy below your fields each day, asking for eggs and grain to get his Christmas bakery done.
Of course you'll also be able to carve cute nutcrackers and candle
arches made from spruce wood in the forestry up until December 26th and thus secures yourselves great items for your letter case! 50 produced candle arches / nutcrackers each will gain you a present for your letter case. Or would you rather sell your products to your forestry farmies? They'll gladly buy them as well!
