This brand-new building is available in the shop for 90 Gold Bars. It will allow you to manage your NPCs (the "starpeople" as they are called by some), and collect all gifts in the same place. It will also allow you to hide these NPCs and still get gifts! Hiding superfluous characters on your farm can lead to performance increases!

Additional updates have been made to the Market Crier feature as well, allowing you to hide customers on your farm and still be able to serve them. This can lead to performance increases on your farm (less choppiness, yay!). Just click on the Advanced Settings.
