Now available: The Herb Garden in Molehill Empire
As of today, all players from level 8 on will be able to access the special new herb garden on Molehill Empire. What's so special about it? Well, here, you will be able to participate at specific events. During predetermined periods of time, the event gnome will ask you for specific herbs, which you'll be able to grow here. Handing them in, and completing the tasks you receive will gain you points.

Dear garden gnomes,
as of today, all players from level 8 on will be able to access the special new herb garden on Molehill Empire.
What's so special about it? Well, here, you will be able to participate at specific events. During predetermined periods of time, the event gnome will ask you for specific herbs, which you'll be able to grow here. Handing them in, and completing the tasks you receive will gain you points.
The first event will start today.
Event time: Tuesday, May 21st until Monday, May 27th at 11:59pm CEST.
Post-event time: Tuesday, May 28th until Monday, June 6th at 11:59pm CEST.
The herb garden is available to all players starting at level 8. During the course of the event, you'll be able to trade in regular plants for herb seedlings. The herb seedlings demanded during the course of the campaign will not change while the event is in progress.
Once you have traded in your produce for herbs, you will able to plant the herbs in the pots, and drop them into the collecting carafe by harvesting them. Please note: harvesting won't gain you any yield!
Also beware of weeds! Should there be any in one of your planting pots, you should make sure to get rid of them immediately. Weeds won't destroy your plants, but they'll decisively slow down their growth time.
The herb garden, too, offers you many useful helpers:
The planting machine: allows you to plant all available seedlings into the pots at one go
The growth time booster: Here, you'll be able to speed up your plants' growth time by a predetermined period of time
The harvest helper: Harvests all fully grown herbs
The weed exterminator: Rids you of weeds at one go.
Direct filling of the collecting carafe for those who are in an especial hurry: you can refill the collecting carafe using Coins, and thus save the time otherwise spent for planting/harvesting herbs.
By the way: your herbs don't need watering!
If you have managed to complete the task and thus the event successfully, you'll receive 2% of the points you are still lacking to reach the next level. If the carafe is filled, and you still have herbs on your field, harvesting will let you sell them for 5 gB each. In case you don't succeed to complete the task during the event time, you've got another week, the post-event week, to hand in the remaining herbs in the form of Coins.
If you've still got herbs in your herb garden when the event has ended, and the post-event week has started, these will of course also be dropped off at the collecting carafe, if you harvest them during the "post-event" period. You won't however be able to plant new seedlings. Any seedlings you don't plant in your herb garden during the event will of course remain on your shelf, and can be reused during a new campaign (if the specific herb is asked for during this campaign).
Don't have any more herbs? No worries: you'll still be able to fill the collecting carafe during the entire post-event week. The costs depend on how many herbs you already dropped off during the event week.
Once the post-event week has ended, you won't be able to use the herb garden for two weeks. Afterwards, on Tuesday, June 18th at midnight CEST, a new even will start.
So, let's start planting herbs!
And don't forget: only for a short while longer, you'll still be able to secure yourselves an office mole for your trophy cases. You won't be able to buy this item in-game, but will get it on top of each purchase of at least 100 Coins*.
