The herb garden event is open to all players starting at level 10. Trade in plants for herb seedlings, plant the requested herbs, and drop them off by harvesting them.
If you manage to gather enough herbs before the event has ended, you'll be able to secure yourselves 2% of the points you are still lacking to reach the next level.
