I've no idea if this is based on a real thing, if the guys shown are real...because they look like it, definitely don't look like just drawn, BUT I've been addicted to this game since I found it. I love the fact it's somewhat slow and the competitive element is by choice. Only teeny annoyance is the few ways to use the parts & inability to just sell them for straight money.
